Solid Waste NEMS ProgramSolid waste includes material free of any apparent or actual pathological/infectious, radioactive or hazardous chemical contamination. The Solid Waste program provides loading dock collection dumpsters and hauling services to efficiently remove and dispose of all general solid waste. At the Bethesda Campus, the Office of Research Facilities (ORF) Division of Property Management (DPM) is primarily responsible for the oversight of waste collection (janitorial) services.
